Kindly note that final numbers must be confirmed in advance. If we have not received your RSVP by May 1,2026, we will assume you are unable to attend. This means your seat is not accounted for. Thank you for your understanding.

No pets / animals are allowed unless you have a medical need and provide written medical orders. Exceptions can be made on a case by case basis and must be approved by Sandlewood Manor’s Management prior to our Event Date. Please let us know at least 60 days in advance, as our venue requires that time for approval.

Once you receive your formal invitation, you will have the option to RSVP on our wedding website in a tab "RSVP". This will appear once we send out all our invitations.

We invite you to an evening of timeless formal wear. For men, they can wear a dark suit with a shirt and tie (if they don’t wish to wear a tuxedo). Women can wear a floor-length gown, knee-length cocktail dress, a pantsuit, or dressy separates.

We want our guests to feel comfortable and enjoy the celebration. For inspiration, we have included our color palette in the “Amóre” tab on our website.

Please make sure to bring a valid, physical, government-issued ID (like a driver's license, state ID, or passport) to prove you're of legal age (21 in the U.S.) to be served alcoholic drinks, as digital IDs or photos will not be accepted due to age verification laws.

No, we will be providing both food and drinks. Tipping the bartender is up to your discretion.

We kindly request an Unplugged Ceremony: please silence phones and refrain from taking photos or videos during the ceremony so our photographers can capture the moment and everyone can be fully present. Thank you.

We are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding, as we'd like to keep the guests list just to those who know us well. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated.

We love your children, but due to space restrictions, we cannot accommodate additional younger guests on our wedding day.
